Our warranty policy lasts 30 days (starting from the date of purchase)  and only applies on hardware products . After the 30 day mark we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange on products. 

In order to initiate a return please contact us by email support@thevapehouserushden.co.uk or alternately call us on: 01933357508. If you have a miss functioning product we would appreciate attaching media like pictures and video as evidence of your faulty product or if you would want to return a product and we will response whether your request has been accepted. Please note that we will only accept a refund once we judge a product has a manufacturing fault and not something that is down to user error. Moreover, in order to proceed with  your item return the product must meet the following criteria: should be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, for miss functioning products all hardware must be returned in  their original packaging, including any outer sleeve as they contain the product serial numbers. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any hardware without this packaging. However, any free gifts or samples included with your purchase are yours to keep.

To request a return, please send us an email with the following information: your original order number and the reason for returning any specific items from your order. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to send back the items (subject to returns approval).

If your return is approved, please ensure that your items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

What happens when the product is returned

Please allow up to 5 working days for your Returns to be processed once received.

Once your return has been received it will be subject to an inspection. We will notify you via email to inform you if the return has been approved or rejected. If rejected the return will be sent back to you. If approved we will contact you to confirm the return options available.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your item, we recommend the quickest and simplest method: placing a new order for the desired item and then contacting us via email . We will provide you with instructions on how to return the unused items for a refund (Please keep in mind that the products should be unopened and unsealed in their original packaging). This way, you will promptly receive the correct items, and your refund will be processed as soon as the items are returned to us.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, assuming everything is in order, we will initiate a refund for the value of the product, including any original postage charges. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Shipping

To return your product, you should send your product to: Vape House Rushden Ltd, 102 high street ,Rushden  NN10 0PQ. If the item you are returning is defective, please contact us and we will provide you with a prepaid postage label or arrange a collection (UK only). For an exchange of your items you will be responsible for any shipping costs in regards to returning your items.  

If an item is returned to us without prior authorization, any return postage fees incurred will not be refunded. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item neither do not guarantee any loss or damage incurred during transit.

Delivery Services

Please Note for our delivery services! You can order before 3:00pm (Mon-Fri), we’ll dispatch the same business day and the chosen courier will delivery your parcel the next day. We also ship on Saturday often for delivery as soon as Monday. Additionally, you can spend £30 and get free Next Working Day delivery. For more information on domestic delivery, visit our delivery information page.

FREE ON ORDERS OVER 20

Orders placed by 3:00pm. Monday to Friday are dispatched via courier on the same day except during bank holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders are delivered in 1-2 working days excluding Sundays and bank holidays. A signature and proof of age may be required on delivery.

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24® 

Delivery aim is 1 working day (Mon-Sat). Orders placed by 4:00pm. Monday to Friday are dispatched via courier on the same day except during bank holidays. Orders placed after 4:00pm will be dispatched the next working day.

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48® 

Delivery aim is 2 working days (Mon-Sat). Orders placed by 3:00pm. Monday to Friday are dispatched via courier on the same day except during bank holidays. Orders placed after 3:00pm will be dispatched the next working day.

SUNDAY DELIVERY

Order before 12:00 p.m. on Saturday for a Sunday Delivery. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. on Saturday will be shipped on Monday the following week. A signature may be required on delivery.

Customs, duties & taxes

Vape House Rushden Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, returns etc.).

The importer will be responsible for any and all shipment fees if the parcel is rejected by the customs office in the destination country or nationally.
